We collect the information you provide when you request an invitation, reserve a pass, apply to partner, or contact us — such as your name, email address, organisation, role and any details you choose to share.

We also collect limited technical data (such as device and usage information) to operate and improve the site.

We use your information to review invitation and partnership requests, process pass reservations, communicate with you about the forum, and meet our legal and security obligations.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the forum (such as payment and email providers), or where required by law.
